The centerpiece of the property is the original farmhouse built by Allen and Georgia Boone in 1917, which still stands on its original 80-acre tract. This house is the oldest remaining Boone residence on Boone Road and serves as a tangible connection to the area's past. The Boone Farm was passed down to Danny & Donna Anderson in 2015.
